Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading third sector organisation are looking for a Marketing Manager, on a 12-month Maternity Contract, to shape and deliver marketing campaigns that will help build stronger, more resilient charities and help them achieve the meaningful impact they’re working towards. Working in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager the Marketing Manager will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to the team. Your primary focus will be to develop and deliver the marketing strategy, plan and budget, leading the day-today planning and execution of campaigns and content to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Your responsibilities will include: * Growing awareness of the services available for charities through targeted campaigns. * Increasing engagement through compelling content and storytelling. * Planning, delivering and reporting on marketing activity aligned to objectives and key results (OKRs). * Collaborating across teams and with external partners to ensure campaigns are timely, effective and on-brand. The successful Marketing Manager will have: * 2+ years in a marketing role, including at managerial level. * A proven track record of creating and delivering successful content marketing strategies. * The ability to write and edit digital content that resonates with audiences. * The ability to use insight and data to shape marketing activity and report on performance. * A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
